How the Jetabroad Hotel Price Promise works
So you have found a great airfare with Jetabroad, but how do you know if you are going to get the best price on your choice
of hotel or apartment? At Jetabroad, you can book your accommodation when you are ready. Our hotel e-voucher is valid for
12 months and is backed by a Hotel Lowest Price Promise.
What is the Hotel Lowest Price Promise?
It's simple! Use the Jetabroad hotel e-voucher to book your accommodation and you’ll receive 15% cashback on all hotels
and apartments. If you should find a better price online for the same accommodation (after cashback) within 48 hours, you
will be refunded the price difference.
What does the Hotel Lowest Price Promise apply to?
The Hotel Lowest Price Promise covers all hotels and apartments booked with our accommodation partner, OctopusTravel, when
using a valid Jetabroad hotel e-voucher. Worldwide, OctopusTravel offers over 21,000 hotels and apartments.
How do I take advantage of the Hotel Lowest Price Promise?
Just email info.au@octopustravel.com with
the following information:
- Your OctopusTravel booking reference number
- Company name and web address of other online retailer
- Price offered by other online retailer
Your request will be reviewed and you will be contacted via email within 2 business days. If you are eligible for a price
refund we will credit the card used to make the booking.

Hotel Lowest Price Promise Terms & Conditions:
In order to claim a refund of the difference between the price agreed with OctopusTravel (after cashback) and the more competitive
price, the following must be satisfied:
- The refund must be claimed within 48 hours of the time of booking and at least 72 hours prior to the date of the first nights
stay
- Only prices from online travel retailers will be matched and the accommodation at the lower price must be offered by an
Australian or New Zealand licensed travel agent
- Special events and major conference periods are excluded
- OctopusTravel must verify the claim to their reasonable satisfaction
- The claim must be based on a like for like comparison of the same type of room and occupancy in the same hotel, the same
services as those offered by OctopusTravel (e.g. inclusive of service charges, taxes and breakfast) and be for the same
dates as actually booked
- The accommodation at the lower price must not be subsidised through other elements (e.g. frequent flyer mileage credits,
meal plans or linked to other products or packages)
- The accommodation at the lower price must be offered in the same currency as that of the booking with OctopusTravel
- This Policy does not apply to bookings for groups of more than nine (9) people.
To submit a price match claim please send an email to

- Your OctopusTravel booking reference number
- Company name and web address of other online retailer
- Price offered by other online retailer
We will review your request and contact you via email within 2 business days. If you are eligible for a price refund we
will credit the card used to make the booking within 10 working days following receipt of email.
