Terms and Conditions: Jetabroad Pay Later and Cancellation Protection Services

1. The service can be purchased for an additional fee as displayed at the time of booking. It can not be purchased separately for a booking made previously.
2. The service is not transferable and can not be carried over to any future bookings.
3. The service must be purchased for all passengers on the booking, and all flights of the bookings.
4. The service fee is non-refundable.
5. You need to pay a percentage of the total cost (ticket cost and the service fee) at the time of booking and agree to pay the remaining balance according to the payment schedule outlined in your confirmation email.
6. Please note that bank transfer payments may take up to 3 business days to process. You will need to make the payment at least 3 business days prior to the actual due date.
7. If the remaining balance is not paid before each due date as set out in section 5, you authorise Jetabroad to charge your original payment method used for the booking without further notice to you. If a payment fails, we will cancel your booking and you won't be able to check in for your flight. Failure to make payment before each due date may void your cancelation protection and all payments made toward your booking, including deposits and instalment payments, are non-refundable.
8. If you have purchased the Service and you have fully paid the remaining balance for your booking, you can cancel that purchased booking at least 48 hours prior to your first scheduled departure. Neither documentation nor reason will be required for your cancellation.
9. Only full and complete cancellation of a booking for all flights and passengers included in the booking can be made. Partial cancellation of flights and passengers are not allowed.
10. You can choose to receive your refund in a form of Jetabroad Credit worth 95% of your original ticket cost, or a cash refund from Jetabroad worth 80% of your original ticket cost. The refund is excluding the cost of any ancillaries purchased at the time of booking.
11. Cash refund will be made to the original form of payment within 20 days after the date of your cancellation request. Please note that individual banks have varying times for the refunds to be processed.
12. Jetabroad credit will be issued within 3 days after the date of your cancellation request and you can use it to pay for a new booking immediately.
13. If your booking has been changed at your request after booking, the service will apply only to the original amount of ticket cost. If the new departure date is earlier than the due date as set out in section 5, the remaining balance will become immediately due.
14. The Service does not apply following the earlier of:
    1. a cancellation of any flight by an airline carrier for any reason, including the result of a force majeure event;
    2. any voluntary cancellation or change requested by you directly with any airline of any tickets subject to the Service;
    3. subsequent to your purchase of the Service, a declaration of an emergency or similar “extraordinary measures” taken by any governmental authority in the destination city, region, or country of your Jetabroad trip, or issuance of a Safety and Security Alert by the United States Department of State or a Travel Health Notice Warning by the United States Center for Disease Control (CDC) for such destination; or
    4. subsequent to your purchase of the Service, a designation by the World Health Organization (WHO) that the destination city, country, or region of your Jetabroad trip is at risk from COVID-19.
15. The service is not an insurance cover or policy but a paid extra service for booking. Insurance legislation will not apply to this service.
16. Jetabroad may not offer this service on every booking. Jetabroad reserves the right to deny the purchase of the service to any customer for any reason.
17. Jetabroad reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability, for any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change/vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace or withdraw this service, wholly or in part.
